Machine tools
The demand on machine tools is for ever faster production and greater

expense of machining accuracy and product quality.
BALINIT® coatings safeguard precision and serve as tailor-made wear
protection for machine tool components, such as gearboxes, clamping
systems, threaded spindles, linear guides and cams.
Clamping systems
BALINIT® C maintains the finishing precision of clamping systems at a
high level. Especially in the case of fast clamping cycles in mass
production or where high clamping forces occur, there can be
undesirable wear of the chucks and collets, which affects precision.
Coating with BALINIT® C reduces chafing and fretting, leading to improved efficiency of clamping systems.
