May. 2011 Oerlikon Balzers, market and technology leader for PVD coatings on tools and precision components, just opened its eighth’s coating center in China, expanding its global network of coating services to 87 locations worldwide. Over the last six years, the business of Balzers China has grown extraordinary. Environmentally friendly high tech coating technology is key to support Balzers customers in staying competitive in a fast developing Chinese market. Balzers opened its first Chinese coating center in Suzhou in 2004.
